Hello, at some point in time, you have subscribed to the Climate Change Guide. I previously used MailChimp, but I decided to use Substack from now on. There are over 5000 subscribers right now. When I was using MailChimp, I was only able to email a portion of my subscribers due to costs. Now I’m able to email all of my subscribers.
The main purpose of this substack is to spread awareness about climate change via the Climate Change Guide website and to promote my other projects such as novels, online classes, etc.
I started the Climate Change Guide in August 2011 with the aim of doing my part by spreading awareness. The website has come a long way, but there is still more to be done. I’m looking forward to your comments on how to improve my website or this Substack. There are many ways to contact me, such as via this Substack or my website’s contact page.
For today’s post, I will mention one of the most important pages of the Climate Change Guide, which is the page about the effects of climate change.
On that page, there are links to many other articles about the effects of climate change. These include topics such as:
Hurricanes
Heat waves
Wildfires
Floods
Droughts
Rising sea levels
Melting glaciers
Shortages of food and water
Wars over natural resources
Ocean acidification
Extinction of species
I recommend taking time to learn more about these topics so you may better understand why climate change is so important.
Also, regarding this Substack, I plan on not sending too many posts, so you don’t have to worry about being inundated with emails.
You are encouraged to share this post to raise awareness about climate change:
Thank you for reading :)
